Protection of your private data is very important to us. We only process your data based on EU regulation, as reflected in Austrian National Law (DSGVO, TKG 2003). Hereby we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.

Contact with us

In case you make use of a form on our website or per email to contact us, the data you provided will be stored for up to 6 months. This is required for us to help process your request and be able to respond to upcoming questions from your side. This data will under no circumstance be given to any third party without your permission.

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files, which are placed on your internet device with the help of your browser. They do no harm.

We use Cookies in order to make our services more user friendly. Some Cookies remain on your internet device until you delete them. They allow us to recognise your browser next time you visit our page.

For this purpose we have signed a contract with our provider with regards to data processing.

Data processing takes place based on §96 paragraph 3 TKG (Under Austrian Law) and article 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (Agreement) and /or lit f (interest) of GDPR.

Our concern in terms of GDPR (interest) is the improvement of our offer and online services. As privacy of our customers is essential to us, user data is pseudonymized.

User data will be stored for 26 months.

Newsletter

On our website you have got the option to sign up for our newsletter. For this we require your email address and your permission, that you agree to receiving the newsletter from us.

In order to provide data most relevant to you, we also process voluntarily provided data from you. This can be given name and name, as well as birthdate.

Once you registered for our newsletter, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to follow and confirm your registration.

Subscription to this newsletter can be cancelled any time by you. In case, please send to us an email to info@frend.at; We will consequently delete you from our reception list for the newsletter.

Your rights

As a basic principle you have got the right for information, authorisation, deletion, limitation, data supply, cancellation and objection. In case of potential violation of any of your rights with respect to your data, you have got the right to call for legal authorities. In Austria this is the national Datenschutzbehörde (https://www.data-protection-authority.gv.at/). We will also do our best ourselves to react as fast as possible to any request.
